The Marokopa Falls - January 1999 We then visited the even more impressive, if less high, Marokopa falls before camping at small site on the coast at Arakino right beside a vast sweeping black beach which we looked good for surf casting but we did not have time to try our luck. The camp site was sheltered, cheap at $6 a head and well equipped with plenty of fridge space etc - one to return to.
